Cockspur is home to the historic Fort Pulaski, a Confederate Civil War fort that was thought to be indestructible. On February 11, 1862, Federal soldiers proved this to by a myth by bombarding the giant structure with rifled cannons. Come see this magnificent fort, beaches, and property from the air!
